A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a largely vertical stress. Serifs are fine and crisp, with a mix of sharp wedge-like entry/exit points and delicate hairline horizontals that give the forms a precise, cut-from-metal feel. Capitals are tall and stately with clean, straight stems and tightly controlled curves; rounds like C, O, and G show elegant tapering into hairline terminals. The lowercase keeps a moderate x-height and narrow apertures, with refined details in letters like a, e, g, and s; the overall rhythm alternates bold verticals against extremely thin cross-strokes and joins.

Well suited to magazine mastheads, editorial headlines, pull quotes, and other large-format typography where contrast can be a feature rather than a constraint. It also fits luxury branding and packaging applications that benefit from refined, high-contrast letterforms and a formal, modern-classic presence.

The tone is polished and high-end, projecting editorial sophistication and a sense of ceremony. Its dramatic contrast and sharp detailing read as fashion-forward and formal, with a confident, curated voice that feels at home in premium contexts.

The design appears intended as a contemporary Didone-style display serif: to maximize elegance and drama through vertical emphasis, crisp hairline details, and sculpted curves while maintaining clear, classical proportions for impactful titles and brand statements.

At display sizes the hairlines and sharp terminals create striking sparkle and clear lettershape differentiation, especially in all-caps. In longer lines, the extreme contrast and delicate horizontals can make spacing and line breaks feel more sensitive, favoring careful typesetting and generous leading.
