A heavy, block-built slab serif with squared shoulders and prominent, flat-ended serifs. Many curves are faceted into octagonal turns, giving rounded letters like C, O, and G a chiseled, geometric contour. Strokes are consistently thick with minimal modulation, and joins are crisp, producing a dense, poster-ready color on the page. Counters are compact and rectangular, spacing feels tight but controlled, and the numerals follow the same angular, machine-cut logic for a uniform set.

Best suited to display work where strong presence is needed: sports identities, team marks, event posters, bold headlines, and retail or venue signage. It can also work on packaging and labels that benefit from a rugged, heritage-inflected aesthetic, especially at larger sizes where the faceted contours and slab forms stay clear.

The overall tone is bold and no-nonsense, blending collegiate athletics and Western poster heritage with an industrial, stamped-sign presence. Its sharp corners and chunky slabs create an authoritative, impact-first voice that reads as rugged and confident rather than refined.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through compact counters, large slabs, and faceted geometry that evokes carved or stamped lettering. Its consistent, squared construction suggests an emphasis on durability and instant readability in branding and headline environments.

The face relies on repeated straight cuts and clipped corners to maintain consistency across the alphabet, which enhances recognition at display sizes and reinforces a built, constructed feel. In text blocks it creates strong rhythm and visual texture, with punctuation and small details keeping the same squared, heavy character.
