A heavy slab serif with broad proportions and squared, confident construction. Serifs are thick and mostly rectangular with subtle bracketing, giving joins a planted, sturdy feel. Counters are generous for the weight, and curves (C, G, O, Q) read smoothly against the otherwise blocky, straight-sided geometry. The lowercase is compact and sturdy with a single-storey a and g, a sturdy vertical stress, and a short-armed t; terminals and corners show slight shaping that keeps dense letterforms from clogging in text.

Best suited to headlines, display typography, and branding where a strong slab-serif voice is needed. It should perform well on posters, packaging, labels, and signage, and can also work for short editorial callouts or pull quotes where dense, bold text is desirable.

The overall tone is bold and pragmatic, with a retro editorial flavor reminiscent of headline type from print-era posters and newspapers. It feels no-nonsense and workmanlike, projecting strength and reliability while staying friendly enough for readable messaging.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a classic slab-serif presence: strong stems, robust serifs, and clear, uncomplicated shapes that stay legible at large sizes. It balances vintage print character with straightforward contemporary usability for bold messaging.

The numerals are large and weighty with clear, simple silhouettes, suited to attention-grabbing settings. Spacing appears tuned for impactful words and short lines, and the thick slabs create strong horizontal emphasis that holds up well in high-contrast applications.
