A rough, hand-rendered roman with an irregular, jagged outer contour that makes each stroke look chipped or torn. The letterforms are built on simple, sturdy skeletons, but the edges wobble and break up, creating a gritty texture along stems, bowls, and diagonals. Curves are lumpy rather than smooth, counters stay fairly open, and terminals tend to end bluntly with serrated silhouettes. Spacing reads slightly uneven in a natural way, with a lively rhythm that feels more drawn than engineered.

Best suited for short, prominent text where the gritty outline can be appreciated—posters, display headlines, event flyers, album/mixtape artwork, and themed seasonal graphics. It can also work for packaging accents or editorial pull quotes when a handmade, distressed voice is needed, but it’s less appropriate for long-form reading at small sizes.

The overall tone is scrappy and mischievous, with a slightly eerie, distressed energy. Its rough outline gives it a punk zine or haunted-handbill vibe, while the underlying clarity keeps it readable enough to feel playful rather than chaotic.

The design appears intended to deliver a readable, familiar alphabet while injecting character through a consistent ragged-edge treatment. It aims for an intentionally imperfect, hand-cut/inked look that stands out in display settings and communicates attitude and texture without abandoning basic letterform recognizability.

The texture is consistent across caps, lowercase, and numerals, so the “damage” reads as a deliberate edge treatment rather than random noise. Round letters (O, C, G, Q) show the most pronounced scalloping, and diagonals (A, V, W, X) keep a strong, bold presence despite the rough contour.
