A heavy, block-built sans with crisp chamfered corners that replace curves with short planar cuts. Strokes stay uniform and rectangular, while counters are squared and often octagonal, giving letters like O, C, and G a faceted, hardware-like silhouette. The rhythm is compact and stable, with tight apertures and sturdy joins; diagonals (A, K, V, W, X) are straight and clean, reinforcing a rigid geometric feel. Numerals follow the same cut-corner logic, reading bold and sign-like at display sizes.

Best suited to posters, headlines, and short bursts of copy where its mass and angular detail can read clearly. It also fits sportswear graphics, team or event branding, labels, and wayfinding where a rugged, industrial presence is desirable.

The overall tone is loud, tough, and utilitarian, evoking varsity lettering, equipment labeling, and no-nonsense signage. Its sharp facets add a slightly futuristic, machined edge while still feeling familiar and retro in spirit.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through a simplified, monolithic construction and a distinctive faceted corner treatment. By standardizing chamfers and keeping stroke behavior uniform, it aims for strong legibility at display sizes with a recognizable, emblematic look.

The faceting is applied consistently across the set, creating a cohesive “cut metal” texture in text. At smaller sizes the tight inner shapes and narrow openings can close up, so it benefits from generous sizing and spacing in longer lines.
