A heavy, block-forward slab serif with square, unbracketed serifs and blunt terminals throughout. Strokes are broadly even, creating a low-modulation, high-density texture; counters stay relatively open but feel squared-off by the flat finishing. The uppercase is wide and steady with strong verticals, while the lowercase keeps a traditional, readable skeleton with a single-storey g and sturdy, rectangular feet on stems. Figures are similarly weighty and simple, with round forms (0, 8, 9) kept firm by thick joins and generous stroke width.

Best suited to display contexts where weight and stability are desirable—headlines, posters, labels, and bold brand wordmarks. It also performs well for short editorial callouts and signage where strong letterforms and clear silhouettes matter more than airy text color.

The overall tone is assertive and workmanlike, with a classic poster and newspaper-headline confidence. Its chunky slabs and squared endings add an industrial, no-nonsense flavor that reads as dependable and slightly retro.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a classic slab-serif structure: thick, flat-ended details for authority, straightforward readability, and a durable presence in print or on-screen display applications.

The font’s rhythm is driven by strong vertical strokes and prominent slab terminals, producing a dark, even typographic color at larger sizes. Round letters are intentionally restrained rather than calligraphic, reinforcing the geometric, machined impression.
