A heavy, block-forward slab serif with broad proportions and compact internal counters. Strokes are strongly weighted with subtle contrast, and the serifs read as thick, mostly squared slabs with slight bracketing that helps connect them into the stems. Many joins and corners show small notches or ink-trap-like cut-ins (notably in letters like S, a, s, and the diagonals), adding a chiseled, engineered texture. Round letters (O, C, G, Q) are sturdy and slightly squarish in feel, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y, Z) remain crisp and angular, keeping the overall rhythm tight and powerful.

Best suited to headlines, posters, and bold editorial display where its weight and wide stance can dominate the page. It also fits sports branding, badges, packaging, and logo lockups that benefit from slab-serif authority and a slightly retro, industrial edge. For longer text, it will be most comfortable at larger sizes where counters and carved details have room to breathe.

The font projects a bold, no-nonsense tone with a clear vintage-Americana and athletic signage flavor. Its chunky slabs and carved-looking details give it an industrial confidence, making it feel at home in environments that need immediate attention and a strong voice.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum visual impact with a classic slab-serif backbone, balancing stout geometry with small cut-ins that prevent heavy joins from clogging. It aims to feel both traditional and tough—evoking sign painting, collegiate lettering, and rugged display typography while maintaining consistent, engineered construction across the set.

Lowercase forms are robust and simplified, with single-storey a and g and a compact, sturdy build that keeps word shapes dense. Numerals are similarly heavy and display-oriented, with large fills and restrained openings that prioritize impact over delicacy at small sizes.
