A striking display serif with strong vertical stress and extreme thick–thin modulation. Stems are dense and rectangular while hairlines and serifs collapse to razor-fine strokes, often forming sharp triangular terminals with little to no bracketing. Curves show a cut-in, pinched geometry—counters in letters like C, O, and e feel sculpted rather than purely calligraphic—creating a crisp, high-contrast rhythm. The proportions read on the wider side with confident caps and a steady, moderate x-height; numerals and punctuation carry the same bold block-and-hairline construction for a consistent texture.

Best suited to large-size settings such as magazine headlines, fashion and beauty branding, cultural posters, and high-end packaging. It can also work for short subheads or pull quotes where the high-contrast texture and sharp terminals can be appreciated without becoming visually fragile.

The overall tone is polished and theatrical, balancing classical refinement with a modern, graphic edge. It conveys couture editorial energy—confident, luxurious, and slightly severe—suited to statements that want to feel premium and attention-grabbing.

The design appears intended as a high-impact modern Didone-style display serif: classical in its vertical stress and hairline detailing, but made more graphic through bold masses, crisp unbracketed serifs, and sculpted counters. The goal seems to be maximum elegance and contrast for attention-focused typography.

The font’s personality comes from the dramatic interplay of heavy verticals against near-invisible connecting strokes, which creates a shimmering texture in text lines. Rounded forms maintain a clean, vertical axis, while terminals frequently resolve into sharp points that amplify the engraved, poster-like character.
