A decorative serif with pronounced stroke modulation and a narrow, slightly elastic overall rhythm. Stems tend to be weighty while hairlines get extremely fine, with flared, bracketed terminals that read as soft wedge serifs rather than sharp slabs. Curves are smooth and somewhat bulbous, and several forms (notably the J, g, y, and numerals) use long, tapering entry/exit strokes that give a lightly calligraphic feel. Proportions vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, producing an intentionally uneven, hand-shaped texture while remaining upright and controlled in baseline alignment.

Best suited to display typography such as headlines, posters, editorial feature titles, and book or chapter titling where its contrast and distinctive serifs can be appreciated. It can also work for boutique branding and packaging that benefits from a quirky-vintage voice. For long text or small sizes, the extreme thin strokes may require generous size and careful reproduction.

The tone is whimsical and literary—equal parts refined and playful. It suggests vintage print ephemera and storybook titling, with a gentle eccentricity created by the exaggerated contrast and distinctive terminals. The overall impression is charming and expressive rather than strictly formal.

The design appears intended to deliver an expressive serif voice with dramatic contrast and individualized letterforms, prioritizing personality and visual sparkle over neutrality. Its flared terminals and tapered details aim to evoke a handcrafted, classic-print sensibility while staying upright and readable in short bursts.

The font’s thin hairlines and delicate joins make it most comfortable at display sizes, where the fine detailing and tapered strokes remain crisp. Numerals show varied silhouettes and decorative curves, reinforcing the font’s character-driven, non-utilitarian flavor.
