A heavy, block-constructed slab serif with squared geometry and prominent chamfered (octagonal) corners throughout. Strokes are broadly uniform with crisp, flat terminals and sturdy slab serifs that read as integrated extensions rather than delicate finishing. Counters tend to be compact and angular, and the overall silhouette favors straight lines over curves, giving letters a machined, stamped look. The texture in text is dense and emphatic, with a strong baseline and consistent, assertive rhythm across capitals, lowercase, and figures.

Best suited to display roles where impact and structure matter most—headlines, posters, signage, badges, and logo wordmarks. It can also work well on packaging and labels that benefit from a rugged, traditional or industrial feel, and in sports or event graphics where bold, blocky forms are desirable.

The tone is bold and no-nonsense, evoking Western signage, varsity lettering, and utilitarian labeling. Its angular cuts and stout slabs add a rugged, workmanlike character that feels confident and slightly retro.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum visual authority with a distinctly squared, chamfered slab-serif language. It prioritizes strong silhouettes and a consistent, engineered rhythm for attention-grabbing typography reminiscent of heritage signage and bold branding.

Lowercase forms maintain the same squared, chamfered construction as the caps, creating a highly unified voice across cases. Numerals echo the octagonal styling, supporting strong presence in headings and number-heavy applications. At smaller sizes the tight, angular counters can darken the overall color, reinforcing its best use as a display face.
